11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where Solyra® Frog Lights is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
